Hey There, Fellow ROQ'r!

My name is Buck Premo. I’m your dedicated ROQ.US Lead Technician and Tech Team Manager and I want to thank you for including us in your screen printing family! Going forward with the ROQ.US team, the equipment, the support, and the community, we are building something spectacular and you're our reason for all of it and we value your vision above all else! For my first installment of The Buck Starts Here, I’d like to introduce you to your certified ROQ.US Tech Team with a bit of their individual backgrounds so you become better acquainted with who is on standby in your service arsenal. Buck Premo - I worked just over 7 years in the United States Air Force working as a HH-60G Pave Hawk Helicopter Crew Chief. Deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq. Stationed in Okinawa, Japan for four years. After getting out of the Air Force, I moved to Colorado Springs, CO for college. While attending college to get EMT certified, I got a job with Tayco Screen Printing. I’ve always enjoyed brands and made up my own in Junior High. I’ve been intrigued about the entire process. Tayco Screen Printing allowed me to learn the process as well as print my designs. The owner of Tayco is Marty. He was the first shop to buy a ROQ from Ryonet. His best friend was Kurtis who was in charge of the service on ROQ machines for Ryonet. He found out my background and asked to join the team. Jan 2020 marks my 6 year anniversary with the team!

Jason Odrzywolski - A prior Air Force mechanic on Aircraft Ground Equipment, I then transitioned to a small engine mechanic at Walker Miller Equipment in Orlando. Starting as a flight instructor and later B272-200 Pilot at Custom Air Transport based out of Dayton, OH, I began as a Screen printing production manager at TJM Promos in Ocala, FL printing with ROQ automated equipment. Last but not least, Senior Technician for ROQ automated equipment for 5.5 yrs based out of Orlando, FL.

Josh McLean - I have vast screen printing knowledge from plastisol to water-based inks and manual to automatic equipment. My 10+ years technical experience comes from personal interests such as motocross, Harley Davidson motorcycles, and anything else with a motor. Put these two things together and you have yourself a destined ROQ.US Technician.

Micah Crowson - I have been screen printing since 2013. I am knowledgeable in water-based, plastisol, 4-color process and separations. I have been to over a hundred different kinds of print shops from large to DIY startups. I have been installing and servicing ROQ equipment for over 3 years and have personally been involved in close to a hundred pieces of installed equipment.

Gerry Ibarra - With a Masters of Business Administration & Marketing, I am a Screen Printer, Technician, and Educator with over 8 years of industry experience. Specializing in optimization of production flow and I engineer cutting work times and increasing profits for fellow screen printers.

Mike Dolph - After over a decade of military service on three different helicopter airframes as well as experience leading a flight line shift, phase shop, tool room, and debrief, I dove into the screen printing world and have nearly 4 years of screen printing mechanical experience on ROQ equipment.

Ron Lloyd - I have been in the screen printing industry since 1979, printing graphics and flexible circuits, POP and tubes. After managing printing companies with up to 50 employees, I worked as a technician for Saati for five years where I was in charge of their CTS division. For the last 10 years, I’ve been installing servicing various types of printing equipment.

Darryl Kuebler - Although being a part of the ROQ Team since only 2016, my service/sales career began in 1984 as an service technician for Argon, an Italian-made graphic and circuit board printer line, where I installed graphic screen presses, domestically and internationally. I was soon acquired by American Equipment in Chicago as their Northeastern Service Coordinator, servicing and installing textile and graphic equipment. In the mid 90's, opened an independent service company, then in 2016, one of my largest customers, Liquid Blue, made the change to go Green, and became an all-ROQ company, and insisted that I go to Portugal, for genuine factory training. Since then, I've been a ROQ service and sales agent, throughout the Northeast, from Maine to Maryland, and will occasionally travel outside my comfort zone, when requested.

Steve Hardwick - I was a screen printer then production manager for 11 years and a screen printing service technician for 25 years. I grew up on a church camp and have worked on and repaired tractors, trailers, cars, and small lawn mowers.

Charlie Cola - From 1998 to 2004, I was an active duty Air Force helicopter Crew Chief then became a helicopter crewman for the USAF as a civil service employee until I was discharged on disability retirement because of my neck and back. The stars all lined up and did my first install with Jason in Ft. Walton and have been loving screen printing ever since.

Nate Montijo - I began my mechanical training in February of 2000, after testing in the U.S. Navy's Nuclear Field. After serving during wartime operations, I continued my mechanical journey while working for General Dynamics as a New Systems Test Mechanic. While working there, I decided it was time to follow a passion and took the first step toward launching a brand. After several years as a manual screen printer, I started working within the industry in an effort to further increase my experience and education within the field; eventually gaining certification as a ROQ Technician in 2015. Currently a ROQ owner myself, I continue to pursue my passion as a printer, while providing ROQ field support when needed.

Phil Alexandre - I've been a licensed industrial electrician for the past 12 years, and I've been working on machines for the entire time -- CNCs, grinders, radial drills, metal forming presses, compressors, exhaust systems, cranes, and saws. I've had the opportunity to work for companies that varied from diamond processing facilities, national defense companies, all the way down to mom-and-pop shops.




Early on, we made a conscious decision to eradicate the word "customer" from our vocabulary. ROQ.US has no customers -- we only do business with Partners.

A customer is someone on one end of a transaction, but a Partner is a companion. A Partner is an ally.


A Partner is a trusted friend who is invested in the journey with you. That long-term camaraderie is what we aim to provide for our Partners.
