• All Over Screen Printing (also called all over print screen printing or all over silk screen printing): Covers the entire garment—from seams to sleeves to collars. • Specialized Inks – Depending on the design, ink selection matters for smooth coverage and durability. Water-based, discharge, or reduced plastisol ink works great for this.

• Platen tape and pallet adhesive – Keeps garments secure during large prints.

• Proper Flash Units – Helps flash ink across wider print zones for consistent results. It just makes it a lot easier to have a bigger flash but you can get by with one color prints without one.
