All capital equipment purchases are non-returnable without express consent from ROQ US. ALL RETURNS must be approved by ROQ US prior to the commencement of return.
Unless authorized, returns will only be accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging and in new condition. Return shipping responsibilities are that of the client unless the reason for the return was due to a ROQ US shipping error or damage in transit. Original shipping charges will not be refunded to the client unless otherwise authorized by ROQ US. ROQ US must be notified of any return request within 15 days of the receipt of the item.
All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be evaluated at the time of the return and will be subject to the reason of the return.
Special Order and Custom parts are not returnable.
Digital print heads and electric parts are not returnable.
