We know that when something goes wrong with your equipment, time is everything. The new ROQ Customer Center is designed to eliminate friction, streamline communication, and give you visibility into every step of the support process.


Here’s what you can now do—instantly:


  • Submit and track service cases

  • View all open and past cases with full communication history

  • Access estimates and order details

  • Print invoices and statements

  • Manage your team’s service contacts

  • Choose how you want to be contacted


How To Use the ROQ Service Customer Center




Submitting a Service Case Made Easy

Need help with a machine? Here's how to submit a case in just a few clicks:


  1. Login to the Customer Center and bookmark the page for easy future access.

  2. Head to the Service tab and click New Case.

  3. Select your equipment’s serial number—or check the box if you don’t have it handy.

  4. Describe your issue in detail so our team can better assist you.

  5. Choose your preferred contact method and point of contact.

  6. Set a subject line and select your priority level.

  7. Hit Submit.


You’re done! You can now monitor the case status and see all communication with the ROQ Service team in one place.



Viewing Orders, Estimates, and Billing

Your business moves fast, and we know how important transparency is. That’s why the Customer Center offers:


  • A complete view of open and past estimates

  • Full order history with clickable order detail pages

  • Access to billing documents, including printable statements and invoices

  • Everything is organized, searchable, and available 24/7.



Managing Your Team’s Service Access

Success is a team effort. The Customer Center lets you add and manage service contacts from your company, so everyone who needs access has it.


Want to add someone new?

  • Go to the Service Contacts section

  • Add your teammate’s information

  • Let the ROQ team know by emailing service@roq.us so we can set up their login
