How To Use the ROQ Service Customer Center
Submitting a Service Case Made Easy
Need help with a machine? Here's how to submit a case in just a few clicks:
Login to the Customer Center and bookmark the page for easy future access.
Head to the Service tab and click New Case.
Select your equipment’s serial number—or check the box if you don’t have it handy.
Describe your issue in detail so our team can better assist you.
Choose your preferred contact method and point of contact.
Set a subject line and select your priority level.
Hit Submit.
You’re done! You can now monitor the case status and see all communication with the ROQ Service team in one place.
Viewing Orders, Estimates, and Billing
Your business moves fast, and we know how important transparency is. That’s why the Customer Center offers:
A complete view of open and past estimates
Full order history with clickable order detail pages
Access to billing documents, including printable statements and invoices
