From unmatched precision to revolutionary speed, ROQ is pushing the boundaries of print technology — both analog and digital. At this year’s Impressions Expo in Long Beach (Jan 22–24), we’re bringing two powerful pillars together: ROQ Digital and ROQ Screen, showcasing how quality, efficiency, and creativity don’t have to live in separate worlds.

ROQ NOW: Print On Demand Digital Printing, Evolved
The Garment: Stanley/Stella Creator 2.0
Premium digital output starts with a premium canvas. The Stanley/Stella Creator 2.0 shirt brings a tight knit, ultra-smooth surface, and sustainable construction—making it the perfect partner for the ROQ NOW and Print On Demand.
The end result is vibrant color, ultra-soft hand feel, and wash durability that customers actually notice. Visit the digital area in our booth to check out the quality and feel this combo creates and talk to us about seeing the ROQ NOW in person at our ROQ.US Tech Center in Clermont, FL.
Key Print Features
1. Binderless Pre-Treat
Traditional pre-treatments use chemical binders that leave a harsh hand feel and often cause staining. The ROQ NOW / DuPont solution eliminates binders entirely, resulting in a softer garment, cleaner surface, and better environmental performance.
2. Inline Drying & Pre-Pressing
Other DTG systems rely on offline heat pressing, which is inconsistent and slows production. ROQ NOW integrates inline drying and pressing right on the carousel—delivering smoothed fibers, sharper underbases, and perfect registration at high speed.
3. Binder Clear
The combination of our special binder clear ink locks the print into the fibers—ensuring long-lasting wash durability without sacrificing softness or vibrancy.
4. Six-Color Overprint
The 6-color channel head allows for incredibly rich gradients, detailed illustrations, and bold hues. Whether it’s line art or full-color designs, the ROQ NOW delivers smooth, scalable results at speed.

ROQ YOUR WAY: Screen Mastery in Motion
The Tee: Cosmic Layers on Bella+Canvas 4810GD
MADE Laboratory and ROQ teamed up designing this print for the Print Masters Throwdown Competition (daily at high noon in the ROQ Atrium). Constructed using high-mesh screens this screen print exhibits dimensional depth and incredible tone—all using just four expertly crafted screens.
Garment: Bella+Canvas 4810GD (Washed Black)
Underbase White (230 mesh, reduced white, pre-stamped)
Highlight Underbase (305 mesh, cotton white)
ROQ Green (Pantone 376c, 305 mesh)
Highlight White (305 mesh)
RIP: 65 LPI for smooth halftones and detail

What Makes It Stand Out?
By layering a second underbase in targeted zones, the print achieves a visual depth that feels almost 3D—without needing extra colors or complex setups.
The final highlight white adds pop and dimension. It’s a masterclass in print economy and press efficiency.

Screen printing remains the Geometry Dash Unblocked backbone of large-volume apparel decoration. It’s reliable, cost-effective, and unmatched for bold, vibrant runs.
ROQ Tips & Tricks screen printing accessories is a great example of how the right tools and smart techniques boost efficiency and quality very similar to how Animation Services in Dubai for Jos rely on the right creative assets and workflows to deliver smooth, high-impact visual results. The right accessories always make the difference.
I read the post about ROQ bringing together screen and digital printing excellence at the Impressions Expo and thought it was cool how they showed both sides working so smoothly in one place, really like seeing old and new tech meet. It made me think of a time I was juggling school work and even used online nursing class help late one night when I needed an extra push to keep my focus going. It reminds me that finding support when you feel stuck can make big tasks feel more doable.
