Automatic FOLDing: While there are solutions in the market that have quality folding lines built to fold short sleeve t-shirts all day long at an extremely fast pace, quality long sleeve folding will require additional investment of machinery to be attached to those options. If your business is and always will be printing and folding this product for the next 20 years, you may have an easy decision based on machinery pricing. The ROQ FOLD will fold most garments based on the quality design to encompass what you have told us to create. One machine will fold cotton/polyester short sleeve and long sleeve t-shirts, blouses and dress shirts, yoga pants, pants, sundresses, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweatpants, fleece, sweaters, etc.
Automatic STACKing: The ROQ STACK allows the ability to do just that, STACK garments – up to 12 at a time, depending on size. You also have the ability to control STACK size prior to PACKing.
Automatic PACKing:
Two of ROQ competitors offer a quality bagging machine that allows a garment (cotton t-shirt) to drop into an open bag that will seal when dropped to the sealing mechanism.
Two size bags are offered for this process, bags are offered on rolls and flat stock. The ROQ PACK will pack all the garments mentioned above with one twist – bags are created based on the garment size that conveys above the sensors in our ROQ PACK. In other words, your operator can send a t-shirt and then a dress shirt and then yoga pants and the PACK will create a properly fitted bag based on the size of your specific garment for you. Scanning:
The ROQ Fulfillment Solution is built with standard technological advantages. One operator can scan the garment tag or QR code, pick ticket number, order ticket, independent code list, etc. The UPC code and UPS codes can be sent directly from your ERP system to achieve any and all of these functions.
