Inspired by the incredibly brave leadership shown by the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, we came together as a company to deeply reflect upon how we could begin to implement tangible and meaningful change from the ground up.
Through this self-reflection, as well as gathering tremendously valuable feedback from those of us in our industry most affected by the injustices and inequalities currently embedded within our culture, we completely redefined our values from a foundation of compassion and our commitment to being an integral part of the greater solution to our collective healing and unifying efforts.

The #ROQTogether Scholarship Fund shall be held at a minority-owned financial institution. Each year, a diverse and inclusive panel shall elect who shall be awarded the annual scholarship.
