Through this exercise of working to create a better company and make change in our industry, our team has had to do a lot of self-reflection to better understand ourselves and our industry as a whole.

We chose to use the book “White Fragility” as a guide through this self-discovery process which proved mind blowing. Through my journey with my team and this book, I have come to the realization that while I was “never part of the problem” I definitely was never part of the solution to ending racism and white privilege in this country.

Through this exploration of myself and our company I have definitely learned that change is needed and change starts now. ROQ US is pledging to be a proactive part of the solution to bring diversity and inclusion into our walls and into our industry.
